What we do

An annual preventive examination at a dentist will save you not only from pain but also will save you money. Preventive examinations at the dentist are not mandatory, but, without it will not be able to apply the contributions from the health insurance company for dental procedures.
Inappropriate lifestyle and improper care of the oral cavity cause not only teeth suffering, but especially soft tissues. When they become infected, inflammation develops and then causes far more damage than we would expect - for example, freeing up healthy teeth in the bone tissues and causing them to swerve and drop (that is pyorrhoea). It is never too late for the treatment, but the later it comes, the more complicated the treatment is.
Each avalanche begins with a single flake and the same applies to dentistry. Every serious problem with the teeth begins with tingling - bad tooth care, excessive bacteria, tooth decay. And when tooth decay is neglected, we are still having trouble. Dental infection, root canal problems, periodontal disease ... Every little thing needs to be resolved in time.
The causes of tooth loss are many, ranging from inappropriate lifestyle or oral hygiene, genetic predisposition to injuries. But the fact that we lost the tooth does not mean that we have to be reconciled with this situation. Especially when modern dental replacements have come to such a quality that they are often almost as real teeth.
Even the most luxurious jewel cannot be compared with a beautiful smile. There are lot of ambushes - cigarettes, coffee, sweet drinks, some medicines, or, for example, removal of the dental nerve - all of this can stain the teeth and hoping the bleach paste will make miracles is not sufficient. No home whitening can cope with a professional teeth whitening.
In dental practice until now, there was a saying, if the root canal of the tooth is infected, it only remains to tear the entire tooth. This is of course a nonsense in modern dentistry, especially thanks to the introduction of an operating microscope, which increased the success of root canal treatment (endodontics) to an amazing 97%.
Teeth cleaning is not as easy as it seems. Intermittent dental hygiene is important. Even the oral cavity has its nooks where we cannot get using a normal brush. Our set of teeth has its sensitivity, which means we need the correct hardness of the brush and the proper composition of the paste and mouthwash. We have all the special aids which are necessary for effective cleaning and treatment of various oral diseases such as periodontitis or dental croaks detection.
The very common and sometimes dreaded treatment for patients is extraction of "eights". The tooth of wisdom grows into a dental arc in adulthood (from 18 to 24 years of age). However, the tooth can also grow at a later age. The expert opinion on the removal of the teeth of wisdom varies considerably depending on the patient's overall health, age of the patient, and specific diagnosis. It is always necessary to consider the individual personality of the patient and his current needs. Therefore, it is difficult to strictly set the boundaries for deciding to remove the "eight". The decision cannot be standardized. For these reasons, we approach each patient individually and in a way, that feels as comfortable as possible.
